A technical overview of the six-rail architecture — how each rail functions, what it connects to, and how data moves through the pipeline from initiative to verified outcome.
Connect what you already have to the economic pipeline.
KAYJOR is built for integration — not replacement. The six rails that power the network are designed to work alongside existing enterprise systems, government data platforms, ERPs, and financial reporting tools. You do not need to rebuild what already works. You need a verified record layer connecting it all.
This documentation is in active development. What is available today reflects the current state of the KAYJOR Beta — and will expand as the network grows.
Beta Access
What technical teams can access today.
The following resources are available to organizations in the KAYJOR Founding Network:
Endpoint documentation for connecting existing systems to the KAYJOR network. Covers activity ingestion, verification status, outcome attribution, and reporting output. Available to Founding Network members upon onboarding.
Step-by-step integration guide for technical teams connecting enterprise or government systems to the KAYJOR pipeline. Covers authentication, data mapping, and QA testing.
KAYJOR's data handling, privacy, and security framework — including how audit trails are maintained, how counterparty identity is verified, and how records satisfy regulatory reporting requirements.
Note: Full public documentation will be available at general release. Founding Network members receive early access to all technical resources during the Beta period.
Architecture Overview
Six rails. One economic layer.
Each rail handles a distinct function. Together they make the full pipeline possible.
Counterparty Identity
Verified credentials, certifications, licenses, and eligibility determinations. Every participant in the network is verified before activity enters the pipeline.
Technical note: Supports integration with existing identity verification systems and government credentialing databases.
Value & Settlement
Capital moves through existing financial infrastructure. Settlement is handled at the network level — invisibly to operators and recipients.
Technical note: Connects to existing banking, treasury, and financial reporting systems. No new payment mechanics required for end users.
Capital Allocation
Rules-based allocation tied to verified performance thresholds. Capital follows outcomes, not schedules.
Technical note: Allocation rules are configured at onboarding and can be updated by authorized administrators.
Intelligence & Analytics
Automated verification, performance scoring, and anomaly detection across every program in the network.
Technical note: Ingests activity data from connected enterprise systems. Outputs verification status and performance scores via API.
Governance & Audit
Every decision, verification, and allocation creates a permanent, tamper-evident record.
Technical note: Audit records are exportable in standard formats compatible with major regulatory reporting frameworks.
Ecosystem Connectors
Native integration with ERPs, grant management platforms, government data systems, and financial reporting tools.
Technical note: Current connector library available to Founding Network members. Custom connectors available upon request.
Founding Network 2026
