1. Pilot status

KAYJOR is in a 2026 Founding Network. The founding network is a limited-engagement phase with a small number of sovereign, enterprise, and infrastructure partners. During this phase:

  • The platform is in active development; features described in our Materials may change, be added, or be removed.
  • Production deployments run under pilot agreements that take precedence over any general statements in our public Materials.
  • We do not currently offer a general-availability, paid commercial product. Pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms will be published when v1.0 is generally available.

2. Forward-looking statements

Our Materials, including the Whitepaper (v1.0) and the workbooks referenced on this Site, contain forward-looking statements about KAYJOR's plans, capabilities, market opportunity, and roadmap. 3. Methodology and metrics

The canonical indicators published on the Site — for example, "Value Per Enterprise," "Sovereign Equity Index," "Active Allocator Engagement," and "Fiscal Multiplier" — are described in detail in the Core Metrics Workbook (v1.0). When viewing the Site's dashboard and other public metrics, please note the following:

  • The numbers shown on the public Site are illustrative of the dashboard's capabilities and do not reflect live performance against any specific deployment.
  • The methodology, audit trail, and confidence intervals for each metric are documented in the Core Metrics Workbook and are available to pilot partners in full.
  • Pilot-specific metrics are governed by the pilot agreement and are not published on this Site.

We publish disclosures in the same place as the metrics, in line with the Disclosure note on the Site's dashboard, so that the limitations of any number are visible alongside the number itself.

The Materials on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. They are not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. 5. Conflicts of interest

KAYJOR Labs is the author of the Materials published on this Site. The descriptions of KAYJOR's capabilities, market opportunity, and the value that KAYJOR's infrastructure may create are inherently promotional. We do not claim to be a neutral third party in any assessment of the platform's capabilities or impact.

For independent assessments, please consult the whitepaper reviewers, the founding-network governance council, or external auditors whose reports may be made available through your pilot agreement.

6. Open-source and third-party

Where KAYJOR's Materials reference or include open-source components or third-party standards, those components remain governed by their own licenses. Our Materials are not a redistribution of those components; they are original documentation, design descriptions, and reference workbooks.

Trademarks and registered marks referenced in our Materials (including the names of partner organizations, third-party platforms, and protocols) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in our Materials does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those owners.

7. Translations

Our Materials are originally drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience. Where a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version takes precedence, except as otherwise provided in a specific contract or instrument.
